NO! As ruled by the United States Federal Trade Commission, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, a vehicle manufacturer may NOT make its vehicle warranty conditional on the use of any brand of spark plug.

A few years ago, before manufacturer's service stations became educated, some would try to bully their customers into believing that new spark plugs would void their warrantee. That's not a problem anymore, since Uncle Sam laid down the law.
